Pantry By Madhappy lives on a quiet stretch of Melrose Avenue, where the light falls just right through the windows in the late morning. We started with a simple conviction: that the best food doesn't need a long menu — it just needs to be made well.
Every morning begins with dough. Our breads are mixed, folded, and left to rise the way time intends — no shortcuts, no rush. The pastries that follow carry the same patience. Between the ovens, we've built a small pantry of things we actually use: olive oils that taste like something, salts that change a dish, preserves that remind you why fruit exists.
